The wacko lefty judges on the 9th district once again are making law out of whole cloth...Subverting law that is on the books and the will of the people.

Another soldier has died today and you are worried about how long it is going to take the Republicans to get rid of Davis ( who won the election just like Gore did ).

This is worse than the Presidential Election mess. Davis has been in office already (no lame duck) and is now-- because of having angered the powers that be or perhaps his own constituency-- in danger of being ousted from a position to which he was elected.

It's bad I agree. But I don't know about it being worse. I don't know how it can get any worse than not counting the votes.

bunyon...How many times do you have to count the ****in things...If Gore won hands down would have there been such concern?..If the fla. supremes would have held up the law in the first place it wouldn't have been an issue but the democratic judges decided to play god once again and change laws that were already on the books.
Danny me boy,...Did you know that in 1968.250 body bags were being filled on average per WEEK???..Do you know who the Pres. was?..None other than the most socialist democrat ever voted into office Lyndon Johnson.

Patriot.........All I know is there was a fair recount underway and the Republican dominated Supreme Court voted to stop it. I use the word "fair" because both Republicans and Democrats were present at each recount site. Now having said that, I don't believe Florida cost Gore the election. Not winning his home state of Tennessee, not winning Bill Clintons Arkansas, ignoring traditional Democratic states and Ralph Nader are IMO why it turned out the way it did. Despite all these factors had Florida been recounted I (and a lot of people smarter than me) believe he would've won. But on the same token, had he taken care of business, Florida wouldn't have mattered.

Bunyon.. not to beat a skeletel horse..even after the supremes decided, independent newspapers "counted" for the 10th time and Bush still won.

1 other thing the fedrel supreme court jumped in because the Fla. supreme court decison to recount the vote for the3rd time was so ridiculous..and they stated as much in their decision.

It's according to which paper you read Patriot. It was either the Chicago Tribune or Sun Times i don't "Recall" (no pun intended) which, had Gore winning.

Another sets of judges legislating on the fly in California just like the Florida judges. Man we sure have a bunch of lib judges from east coast to left coast.
